The Chesapeake Bay Foundation has released a report, "Bad Water 2009: The Impact on Human Health in the Chesapeake Bay Region," linking water pollution and public health in the Chesapeake Bay Region. According to CBF President, Will Baker, "these findings represent a further indictment of government agencies charged
with enforcing clean water laws."
